I originally started blogging in February but then quickly lost interest. I now have better recipes, a better digital camera, and a Kitchen Aid Pro 600 mixer. Now I am a cooking machine. Welcome to my world!
My name is Kim. I live in rural Kentucky and I love to cook and bake. One of my favorite things to do is take a recipe and make it a favorite for me. I enjoy spending time browsing through cookbooks and online searching for new recipes to try. I also love to try new foods and new cooking and baking techniques. I wish my kitchen was bigger so I could buy more gadgets!
